Fortnite OG Season

As the first Fortnite OG Season, this was a landmark launch with incredible hype. We were tasked with a massive, fast-turnaround production challenge to support it. By moving fast and staying organized, we condensed a standard three-week production cycle into less than seven days, delivering over 500 digital assets. The project was entirely about high-volume execution to get the campaign out to the world.

This was an exercise in pure efficiency. We audited the massive deliverable list early to consolidate redundant formats. That prep allowed us to rapidly resize the core visuals and thoroughly QC every final file across 13 localized languages.
