Check Lyft Stadiums Takeover
This campaign required standardizing and delivering over 100 digital assets across 14 major venues. With 50+ unique digital formats ranging from narrow ribbon boards to massive center-hung displays, technical accuracy was the priority. I built a centralized master architecture in Figma, establishing strict technical guardrails for every specific screen dimension. This allowed us to manage the complex versioning process, ensuring exact technical compliance and visual consistency across the entire rollout.

2024 FAIR Conference
Meta's FAIR conference showcases the company's fundamental AI research, and the 2024 edition needed a visual identity for the physical space, concepted and production-ready inside three weeks. The work opened with a wide exploration of AI-generated directions, several approaches deep, until one family of abstract shapes resonated. From there the job was distillation, reading which forms the client responded to and generating the thirty final variations the whole identity would be built from.

By engineering these systems upfront, we eliminated production bottlenecks. We successfully output accurate digital mechanicals for all 14 venues within a three-week turnaround, protecting the core creative at massive scale.
The system was deliberately narrow. Thirty shapes and nothing else, with layouts built freely on top, as long as the interactions between forms held up, the shadows and depth that made the elements feel physical rather than generated. Constraint at the element level, freedom at the layout level, and a consistent identity either way.

Navigating the unique technical parameters of 14 different venues presented a significant logistical hurdle. By establishing a unified architectural system, we effectively neutralized that friction, ensuring every custom asset was deployed seamlessly.
Every layout was prepared at the largest format it would ever need to fill, so Meta's team could take the masters to any signage size without ever scaling up. Resolution was solved once, upstream, before a single asset was produced.
