Reddit Rebrand Rollout
This campaign required standardizing and delivering over 100 digital assets across 14 major venues. With 50+ unique digital formats ranging from narrow ribbon boards to massive center-hung displays, technical accuracy was the priority. I built a centralized master architecture in Figma, establishing strict technical guardrails for every specific screen dimension. This allowed us to manage the complex versioning process, ensuring exact technical compliance and visual consistency across the entire rollout.

Fortnite OG Season
Fortnite's OG Season was a landmark launch for the game, and the campaign behind it meant a high volume of assets against a fixed launch date. Before production started, we took the list apart: every requested size mapped and tracked, duplicates stripped out, the job cut down to its unique assets. From that base, over 500 final files shipped.

By engineering these systems upfront, we eliminated production bottlenecks. We successfully output accurate digital mechanicals for all 14 venues within a three-week turnaround, protecting the core creative at massive scale.
Everything ran in 13 languages. Epic's localization plugin handled the text, but each language's layout and logos were set manually, and every export was checked, since visual balance shifts from script to script.
