Check Lyft Stadiums Takeover

The Check Lyft campaign took over 14 major sports venues: more than 100 digital assets across 50+ unique formats, from narrow ribbon boards to massive center-hung displays, delivered inside three weeks. Screens like these share nothing, not dimensions, not resolution, not how they're seen, so the creative couldn't simply be resized into place. Each format needed its own decision on how the brand sits and reads. I built the master architecture in Figma to carry those decisions: technical guardrails for every screen dimension, and component logic built around the one thing guaranteed to keep changing, the copy.

By engineering these systems upfront, we eliminated production bottlenecks. We successfully output accurate digital mechanicals for all 14 venues within a three-week turnaround, protecting the core creative at massive scale.

I locked the layout for every format, then set the key frames for the screens that moved and handed those to the motion team. Where a format couldn't hold copy and stay legible, the call went back to the client, and those screens ran without it.

Navigating the unique technical parameters of 14 different venues presented a significant logistical hurdle. By establishing a unified architectural system, we effectively neutralized that friction, ensuring every custom asset was deployed seamlessly.

Not a single spec came back for adjustment, because the decisions were made before the first asset shipped. Every round of feedback was about copy, never format: the components absorbed the changes and the architecture did the rest.

Check Lyft Stadiums Takeover

This campaign required standardizing and delivering over 100 digital assets across 14 major venues. With 50+ unique digital formats ranging from narrow ribbon boards to massive center-hung displays, technical accuracy was the priority. I built a centralized master architecture in Figma, establishing strict technical guardrails for every specific screen dimension. This allowed us to manage the complex versioning process, ensuring exact technical compliance and visual consistency across the entire rollout.
